Specialist Power Plate personal training to address post injury rehabilitation, balance and strength improvement, and weak pelvic floor problems. We offer 1 to 1 training sessions with a highly experienced, qualified trainer, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. To enhance the Power Plate exercise sessions we offer the opportunity to assess and train your pelvic floor muscles with a biofeedback electromyogram. This will ensure pelvic floor exercises are targeted, done correctly and will improve the results.
