I am a highly qualified Consultant Occupational Therapist and Personal Trainer.
I have specialised in post injury rehabilitation and have had great success using a PowerPlate in moving clients back to full health and better range of joint movement, reduced swelling and sound mobility.
I have a small studio and all training is 1:1 with a specialised plan. Recommended training on a PowerPlate is twice a week and courses are available.
I have within the past two years concentrated my
research and efforts on helping clients to
acknowledge their pelvic floor weakness and
improving their strength by using PowerPlate
training and EMS biofeedback exercises.
